You lied when confronted about the site and said it was forwarded knowing it wasnt.

You knew you set up that script with your domain thats not an accident nor a misunderstanding.

The ONLY reason we are where we are now is because it was proven you did what you denied doing. If that wasnt done you would still be claiming said site was forwarded and that you didnt set the site up with your domain.

Its not a misunderstanding at all so PLEASE stop saying it is. You were caught and thats what matters.

There is also the matter of the site myspacesaint.net that I purchased from you to be resolved. You still haven't transferred the domain to me and I gave you access to my server to transfer the site over. That hasn't been done but you did steal the files from my site myspacefolder.

There's been no misunderstanding at all, you have ripped me off to put it mildly.
Contact me so we can resolve these issues without taking it further.

As Scilynt said, you are playing with the big boys now and your internet career could be over before it gets started if you don't clean up this mess.

Instead of taking the time to post replies that will further inflame the issue, contact Cyclops and sort this thing out immediately!

As was mentioned earlier, this is the LAST place to get a bad name if you are serious about using the Internet as a tool to earn money and further your on-line career.

I hope this turns out well for you Cyclops, I am sure that Ilogak will see sense and repair the errors in his ways. If not...well, the "if not" scenario really isn't pretty...

 

I have PMed him back Cyclops.....Please advise me if he either refunds your money or sends you the site and the domain of MySpaceSaint. He should also delete the script of the site he took from his server and computer MySpaceFolder.

If he doesnt follow through with what has been advised to him then we as a team from our group will move forward with whatever action needs to be taken.

People must learn that being on the net doesnt protect you and actually opens all the doors needed to find out whatever you want about a person.

Hello,

I just happened to read this thread and realise that I was hosting both pimpmyway.com and aliciastyles.com. Imagine my suprise!

I have various backups of both sites and probably all the evidence any of you could need (logs etc).

I'm not 100% sure of everything which has been going on here but it looks rather suspicious to say the least.

I look forward to helping you guys.

I will be carrying out further investigation shortly and will update you in due course.

ilogak sent me a PM saying how they didn't believe I hosted the site and basically making a joke of it.

I take such matters very seriously indeed.

Both sites have been suspended and the investigation continues.

I have spoken with ilogak and the general consensus is that he doesn't want to have anything to do with it and is laughing because he offloaded the site to some unsuspecting buyer - "lol its funny i told him this domain will give you trouble but oh well"

Is this someone you want to do business with?

Secondly I have spoken with my reseller client who ilogak is a client of. They basically proclaim innocence and tell me they coded this guys site yet can't show any licenses or anything else.

I've found several suspicious files in the hosting account. If someone would like to enlighten me as to what I should be looking for (illegal script files etc) then that would be great.

I've also noticed them using glitter generator files which resemble those used in my product exactly! I don't know if this is common practice for MySpace webmasters...

Anyways - the bottom line is that if they are/were hosting illegal script files on my server appropriate action must be taken.

 

Who all did you sell to? Because we will find out, which means any buyer will find out, which means you will have even more legal problems. Well your parents will have legal problems since you are underage.

Lets see....

- You ripped off cyclops by not providing what he paid for
- You stole from cyclops by taking files from his server
- You obtained an illegal copy of Gregs script which he protects and HAS a legal team already
- You may have already sold/given away a copy of the stolen script
- Your host claims you have quite a bit of other questionable content and even a stolen copy of his own files
- You lie about it, claim it was your coder...whatever.

Basically, you have ripped off and pissed off a bunch of powerful people. Not only do they have pretty established positions in this online world of business they also have the resources to pursue legal help to make sure you/your parents answer for all this.

I don't remember how old you are but it should be old enough to know what you were doing was wrong. And it's obvious you are smart enough to know the very real consequences of all this. You really should think before making your next post and even before that you really should smarten up and contact Cyclops and get things worked out. You should then also be sure to contact Greg about the script you stole/maybe sold and make sure he pulls off his legal team. And you should probably answer to your host as he seems concerned as aswell.

You could either work extra hard to try to get things cleaned up or you will have a lot of other problems you probably wouldn't want to deal with.

Just my opinion/advice of course.

 

Well on the server you should find a script that is somewhere near alishiastyles.com

Look for a index page that has MySpacefolder.com in the site description somewhere. If you look at the Google Catch that I posted the link to earlier you will see EXACTLY what you looking for.

That is the stolen script that he changed the code on for his domain.

I did recieve a message from him this morning after going through my PM's. I'm not so keen on his response, but I will be handling it - yes.

 

After further investigation "myspacefolder.com" is found to be mentioned hundreds of times in the database file.

There are hundreds of script files but none of them appear to contain any copyright tags as such.

If anyone would like to further examine these files then please let me know.

As it stands the database is clear evidence and the account will remain suspended.

I have also received a license text file for pimpmyway however to be honest it looks to be far from genuine (copy,paste and add a few bits etc).

 

If you look at the bottom of the Google catch you will see where he changed the Copyright info to his own domain.
