new minor release - IndexScript version 2.2

    OK - minor release - version 2.2 has just been released.

    changes include:
    1. individual meta tags for each category - title, description & keywords
    2. number of listings per page is now a setting
    3. number of pending urls waiting approval per page is now a setting
    4. all font attributes have been moved to the styles.css file

    bugs fixed:
    all bugs as reported in the suggestions forum (as of today) plus a few that i found myself. this new release also includes some enhancements in terms of performance - i.e. i fine-tuned some logic.

    go to http://www.indexscript.com/download.php to download version 2.2. read the readme.txt file in the zip package for installation and upgrade instructions - very simple.

    do report in http://www.indexscript.com/forum/ if you find any bugs that i have missed - or any newly introduced bugs (hopefully none)... :)
