    i am doing link exchange to related sites that will definitely help us and the other way around...but if it will be possible to have a three way link that will be much better rather than to have reciprocal exchange as three way link exchange looks like one way linking which is much preferred...

    i suggest you to become very careful while you are making link exchange because google has started to become very sharp for link market.

    you may be banned because of link exchange

    Trichnosis is right.

    But I believe the main principle here should be looking natural. All the SEO can do you a bad favor if you overuse any of the techniques.
