   *PARTIALLY SOLVED: Funny enough it stopped right after posting this thread!*
   
   Ive tried to uncheck the box where i choose show pop up notification and deleting my PMs but nothing is happening..

   Database issues sometimes cause a lag where your messages aren't registering as read right away, so the box keeps popping up.
