New member looking to learn a lot.

Hi everybody, my name is Shawn. I have stumbled upon this site through searching for dropshippers. I must say that I am impressed with the way some of you do business. The reason that I want to learn is because I want to work for myself. I hurt my back 6 months ago at work and it is motivation for me to do my own thing.

My big interest is Real Estate. I have been a part of real estate ever since I was a child helping my parents with the properties. I have learned that if it doesn't work for all parties, it is not a good deal. I just have very specific morals when it comes to everybody coming out on top.

Like I said, I am here to learn, and have already read the rules. But I was wondering if there was a tutorial that I can read up on on getting started. I am a fast learner, just need a little guidance to get started. Thanks anyone that can help out and maybe when I actually know something, I can pass on some knowledge to someone new. Shawn

I'm Bradley. I just joined here today as well. Seems we have something in common, ie. helping parents with properties.

I have learned this through hard experience on both sides of the equation, both not receiving fair value and on occasions I am sad to say not having delivered fair value. In recent times I have done a heck of a lot to make it up to those clients who I felt I had let down somehow along the way.

And I have given up wishing that others who I felt short-changed me will someday wake up and come back to make amends. For me now it's good enough that I do it for my part in things.

So you're here to learn... me too... different things at different levels I expect.

One thing I know I need to learn, how to communicate with clarity and empathy, probably with some good humour and friendliness too. I think I can come across as arrogant and/or pompous ass sometimes.

Anyway, glad to greet you here and let me know directly IM if you like, any questions about web developing, marketing, blogging, hosting, whatever, I already know a huge amount. Chances are if I cannot help you, I can help you find the help you're looking for.
