I just bought this site, did a few tweaks....please tell me what you think...I think if I advertise it right, it will be very profitable. thanks.

Header pic is WAY too large. Navigation is awkward. Needs some original text.

Actually I am viewing on a 19 inch monitor in Safari on a Mac.

Now just checked on Firefox and the banner is still as huge - about 9 x 4 inches.

 

you have lot of pics can be added alt tag according ur niche keyword.

 

smaller picture on top and maybe some more pictures here and there too plain

 

I think the header is way too large, you might want to minimize the height by %50. For your ads on the left, the font is really hard to read behind the dark grey. What I would do is change the background to a very light grey.

your header image is very large and color is very good and i like it.

 

1. Reduce the width of the image to 50% of its size, height mayb, but its ok.
2. Put some content on the image. so that its just not an image but its talks a little bit, mayb wat ur site is about or a little catchy line.
3. Next to box put the most relevant issues, breast cancer, Hypertension, bird flu etc
4. Cover broader issues like mens health, womens health etc in the wide box in the bottom.
5. The zskmed on the top looks like a noob has designed this site, make it look more professionel

For now, i think this should be enough. Lets c wat others have to say.

 

The header is far too large, and the ads on the left too spaced out wasting that space. The straight list of ailments is unattractive, too - perhaps divide into selected groups on the left, with broader information on the main page? Utilise the left for general information or external links, too.

Change the whole layout: all those links should be listed in a side bar on one side. The content is the only thing that change with every page
