    Not knowing anything about this tool is it fair to make the following assumptions:
    1. You can only mass market to people who have installed the KnowSpot app
    2. KnowSpot is only available in a limited number of cities

    1/ Yes, you are partially correct, but the solution counts with all possibilities and users are motivated to install the app.
    2/ Yes, KnowSpot, as the name tells is always somehow linked to the place, where the person is right now, meaning you obtain information, which is somehow related to the location of network. For instance, when you are on the square, you obtain information on surrounding area (businesses, shops, cinema, theatre, hotels etc.)

    We've had similar things to this for special deals on ads etc and they've been crashing failures because people aren't actually that motivated
    So how broad is the network? You didn't really answer at all - is it limited to certain street corners in certain cities?
    How do you expand your network?

    Edit: I think I was assuming there'd be some sort of free wifi access but it's really just a geofencing tool, right?
