Oh, I see what you mean now... I added a PHP and PERL sub-category for now. Let me know if you need any others.
Would you please answer my post about the Marketplace "unpaid items" (the second post in this thread) ?
All digital goods now have an image generated that shows the price now... nothing too exciting, but lets you make link to your items (or to other people's items if they have an affiliate program)... Example: Sphinx Search For vBulletin 4 Using SVG images, so they are infinitely scalable without losing resolution, and they are so small it's kind of silly... for example, the image shown above is 704 BYTES (not even 1k).
Did the same sort of thing for Buy/Sell/Trade auctions... domains show relevant info like PageRank, Alexa, Links, etc... Seo/online Marketing Blog - Pr2, Established In 2008.
It is showing as duplicate if the post or site is already created even if its long time ago. This is a great feature and i am loving the new marketplace.
Duplicate threads aren't allowed, so if it's already listed, users should use the relist option rather than create a duplicate.
I see that new marketplace has not the old marketplace threads realy?or I am wrong.I liked new system.
If people want to sell their old stuff as a digital good, the author needs to put it in the new system themselves.
If you want to be certain, this URL will show you everything you have in the digital goods marketplace: https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/mine
For sellers in the digital goods marketplace, at the bottom of the sidebar (under your analytics chart), you can see the last 10 buyer transactions (who, date, payment status and transaction ID). Clicking on the transaction ID will get more detail about that transaction (via PayPal API).
See how eBay has a "Similar Products" or/and a "Users also bought" and it slides other products on the bottom while viewing a product. Maybe we can integrate that on the forum, and charge a fee to have it listed/displayed/rotated.
Site note... it seems that domains and sites are having a really high rate of actual sale... Just switched the "Newest Listings" on the main listing pages to put a "sold" tag on the ones that are already sold, and there's a lot... https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/sites https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/domains It actually looks like most domains/sites being sold are successfully sold in the first couple days.
Just FYI - the digital goods marketplace now allows premium members to set their price to $0.00 on their items (allows you to use the system as a distribution for free items).
Currently I see that there is no way to relist or bump a 'buy now' listing that is automatically closed without being sold. For example, this one: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/beachvacations-info.2647727/ Is this deliberate or is it a bug?
Why can't we sell content in marketplace? Can you add that into marketplace? I think that would be great
