    I think you should get a more professional logo and your logo should be more
    prominent.

    Look is good but the advertisement board near to the top is discouraging....
    Over all look is good but there is some space of improvement....

    Pretty good except that the LOGO needs to look like a LOGO, not something stuffed there at the top.

    I mean, anyone taking a look at your forum might mistake the advert at the top to be the logo. Perhaps you need a better background for your logo, as well as less space between the advert and content.
