    you have to be invited , if you get invited you will get an email from hotmail and after clicking the link in it it will upgrade :)

    I also didn't like this one, its looking good in screenshot, but in real, its very bad, I didn't like it from any end, Microsoft says 70% fast :D, but previous one was much faster for me than this one :(
