That's pretty cool. The 'e' is a bit hard to read, but nice job on the mark

 

Looks nice. But the letter e is somewhat...........makes the middle portion lighter. Hope if is on the dark background it can suits good.

 

Not sure if I like the text, the logo is very nice but a different text maybe?

I like it! Only think I would change - consider taking out the dropshadow from the paint splotches, it looks like it's hovering over the board.

 

As others have said, pixelated typeface is not going with the rest of the design. Plus the words "Cyber Art" seem to be just just written over the design without consideration about its placement, alignment, distance from the illustration etc. Simply speaking, it is just not "melding" well with the rest of the design.

Besides these, you should also consider the actual size at which your logo is going to be displayed. I am sure that since it would be reduced from its current size to be applied in a banner on the top of the page, the text will get even less legible.

harsh, I can tell you how to do a more soft pixellated gradient later, I have to go out soon.....pm me if interested in the technique, but personally I wouldn't put it on the logo

 

I still prefer the first by far .
