New link directory - how i can promote my directory?

http://www.mynetgate.com/ - New link directory. Every one can submit site to that directory. I sent more than 1000 emails to web masters but no one has not submit link. What you can advise for promotion of this directory?

 

One way not to promote it is to spam it.

promoting a directory is simple. Just do what shobber said and do it over and over again. Spam just doesn't work anymore.
