Hi, Is there any new link building techniques apart from social bookmarking, article submission, directory submission and classified posting. please give some details on advanced link building techniques. Regards, raghavendra
Hello! You can search it on www.google.com sites or blogs with related topic of your site content. You can email them to ask for link exchange. On the other hand, thank you for your tips about link exchange techniques. Good luck!
Link exchanges suck. Plain and simple. Especially compared to the strategies and tactics outlined in the post I linked to.
Link exchanges suck only because the links are reciprocal links - in 2001 they were great! Fully automated linkbuilding...those were the days. There are a couple of "new age" link exchanges that I am trying out. They are basically using 3-way linkbuikding concept but in such a way that you can't even trace it back 3 tiers. it definitely has some merit and worth an investigation.
create videos related to your niche and submit to major video sites. video submission too helps in building backlinks in advanced way. using methods like traffic geyser will really give huge to push to pages at search engines.
find a list of sites...and upload that list with your site inside.. it would cause peopels to come to your site..
Which is just another form of search engine manipulation that Google, Yahoo/Microsoft and Ask.com frown upon an actively seek out. Sorry, but unlike some people, I have no intention of dousing myself in gasoline before playing with fire, and that's exactly what this does. I'd rather get merit-based links instead. If it's good enough for the industry leaders, it's good enough for me, my sites' users, and my clients' sites' users.
Link Exchanges are not that good......Nowadays Search Engines are far more advances so building a two way links is not recommended........... Regards, CigArrest Reviews

Read this post (again) then. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=12180649#post12180649 It tells you how.
Okkk....Profile links . See Is am correct or not ? Here is an example : http://www.linkedin.com/in/labnol here PR of web page is three .And the links * Digital Inspiration * India Blog School * My RSS feed on the page are do follow. As a result the links targeting these anchor text get a back link from a web page of PR 3.
So, other than completely missing the point, what does this have to do with acquiring merit-based links that will maintain your rankings even when Google and the other search engines change their algorithms (and those sites that built their link profiles on blog commenting, directory spam, forum posts/signatures and social media complain that their rankings have disappeared)?
What the bloody blue Hell do CSS galleries have to do with SEO? I didn't read the thread starter saying that he had a CSS site he was looking to promote in there. When are people going to learn that spamming the Internet is not a credible way to earn a good reputation with both the search engines and the owners of Web sites we're trying to get to link to us?
CSS galleries are the art galleries of the internet - you gawp at other peoples web design skills. The point that you get a link doesn't really mean much - I mean how qualified do you think that link really is? Dan, I've written a better description on link exchanges here, but I think you're missing the idea of link exchanges. Perhaps even the whole idea of links... Google can only see so much through algorithmic ranking formulas. It simply cannot match the degree of judgement a human has. When links became BIG a few years back, it was because of this realisization - afterall, Search Engines viewers are human. Links are one of many 'human appreciation' factors Google takes note of. They are "seals of approval" by lazy humans who have taken the time and effort to actually seed a link to another website - plainly, that link destination must be worth the effort. Now the quality of link is becoming more and more important as you say; Google is looking for where the 'authorities' are dishing out links, evaluating how credible the link sources are etc etc. Which brings me onto link exchanges - picture this: I am an industry expert in SEO, and I have thousands of highly-credible quality backlinks. I write a post about another SEO expert in my blog and reference half a dozen of their resources - emailing them to tell them about my rave review. Flattered, that expert does something similar back to me. That is a link exchange - but it has extraordinary credibility because of the existing link architecture. Google can see two 'experts' recognising each others work and of course, it is in Google interest to provide the best quality editorial results in search results. Would they benefit? Probably.. But the trouble with link exchanges is that people would link with anyone and do it via 'link pages'. This doesn't build credibility - links are crediblity. It is a waste of time. True quality link exchange partners matter - never link to a poor quality website, avoid 'links pages' - instead reference sites in your content and perhaps provide a similar 'resources page' with some more detail on the websites you are linking to. Those of you not participating in quality link exchanges are missing out, really. You can chase the numbers all you like, but at the end of the day it's all about search engine rankings and traffic.
Hi Ragahavendra, There are definitely many good ways out : * web 2 services. * blog commentings * Press releases. these are some of the most effective ones. regards Sripat
