    You would benefit from more professional looking logo. I don't like those repeating LCD screen icons on the left. Too many of them, too distracting. Now the hardest part is the content. Getting people to post something to empty forum is extremely hard and unattractive. For the beginning you should hire some forum posting services to build up conversation and make the forum look like the live and vibrant community.
