    captcha is great to protect from spam, but if you want to be secure you must have multi layer protection. So not only new captcha but you must concern for the other as well. :)

    If you want spam protection for your blog, take a look at the Stop Forum Spam website - http://www.stopforumspam.com/

    I think there is a wordpress add-on that connects to the SFS database. This will help filter out known spammers from being able to comment on your blog.
