New Intelligence section with Alerts added to Analytics

    Just noticed a new feature added to Analytics..
    Automatic alerts provided about changes in the activity on your site. You can adjust the Alert Sensitivity with a slider.

    Custom alerts can also be set..
    Here are a couple of screen caps.

    ya noticed it earlier today too. That's going to come in really handy. Especially for new sites so they can quickly see where new visitors are coming from and if they drop in certain areas know where to go and maybe fix it. Great idea.

    Yes, being alerted for sudden increases or decreases in visitors from a certain area, city, referrer, direct or organic will be very handy.
    I wonder if they will start adding alerts and links to news articles written about your site that bring a large gain in traffic (like Google trends does), or whether that can be done via the custom alerts function.

    Will have more of a play with it when I get time.

    correct it is huge sudden increases or decreases, Can't understand very much now, need bit more time to play around.
