New information portal review

Hi to all. I want to launch an information portal - mostly security system. I will use different sub-domains for each section.

This is the first - fire alarm systems.

Please take a look! I will appreciate every feed back you provide - design, SEO, information.

Few suggestions from me:
1. breadcrumbs are missing [Show navigation links on top like, Home >> Control Panels]
2. Make use of empty space below the box on left side.
3. increase content on homepage. Homepage should describe what your site is about.
4. Major part of site contains text. Images are missing. I prefer moderate use of images.

Don't mind, these are just my opinions...

3. I plan regularly to add information on the site. I have made some changes already

you need to change the favicon from joomla.
you need a professional logo/header

Can you suggest something for the header? I tried to make it simple and topic related.
