Of the few random link I clicked for places for rent or for sale, there were no photos of any. A lot of people won't look at a place with out photos, Just a thought

 

anyone know the script it's using, seems quite neat

Great website. I like the neatness of the script. I do find images on the listings. I guess it's up to the person who put up the listing, or maybe you just updated the scripts. Nice website though, even though I don't live in India.

Do you pull all your results from makaan.com or other places too ?

 

Good one. Do you use any kind of script for this or is it custom made? When I search for invalid entries (Not in your database i get confused. Might want to make the interface a lot simpler.Tell there are no results or return queries which have a near miss chance of being searched for like the one closest in location to the searched place)

I am pulling info from all the indian property sites I am aware of about 15 of them( 99ars, magicbrks, IP, Makan,etc.,) . The most recent ones get higher priority for display in the results.

Also, right now I am yet to automate my search bots so the results are a little bit old. Within the next week I would automate the bot and most recent results would be displayed.

Looks cool.

One suggestion.

Swap the adsense placement on the right with the links on the left. You will get better CTR.
Don't forget to match the colors too for the link and url in adsense.
