What do you think of my new project :: Daily150.com The downside is that its very image-heavy on the main page since it loads so many graphics, but the upside is that it really doesn't get reloaded that often since 150 links are on it. What do you think of the concept?
Frankly I Don't think it will work. Why do you have so many images on the homepage? Why not replace some with text? You'd get more visitors that way.
scott - I understand what you're going after. But even beyond the load time issue, is that it may just be too busy for anyone to find anything from a little thumbnail and people aren't going to glide their mouse over every image to read the description. Just my impressions anyway...
