If you want international users to use your network you should add English and second language because I can't understand anything. What is you CPM, what is the minimum payout, how soon you will pay?

I think you're missing a demimal point or 2 .. CPM is around $0.01-$0.03 not to be confused with the $1 - $3 you're claiming
