hello,

does anybody tried to optimize site for typos?

like makke mony online? for example.

some typos get some decent traffic and it seems it will be very easy to optimize for typos.

please post your experience or comments

 

I'm sure it could generate some traffic, but remember if you spelling someone wrong Google inserts that "Did you mean?" link above all the search results. Probably 7 times out of 10 people will click it for correct search results. But, it's a sound idea that could bring some traffic.

 

People are already doing it, a search on google for makke mony online would have easily revealed that. Don't think it is a such a good idea for good and genuine website which provide good content, misspellings always leave bad impression.

 

Spend that time you'd invest in optimising for typos on optimising for your actual keyword.

 

as allways everybody is saying that is not worth time


i believe that making proper site title with symbols will highlight them in search results.

like:

dont you think it will attract visitors??

I believe it could get some decent traffic.

Remember those adwords tricks? - bid on typos!?

search for the keywords at keyword tool by adwords and see the traffic.
then just try any other popular brand. a lot of very similar and non competetive keywords
