I'd do what the fans want and remove that new window that opens up after you click submit. It's totally redundant, and if you read the posts in this thread it's annoying people.

Might be wise to make the ADD URL more prominent too.

Other than that, nice simple submission format

Dang, what hosting service do you use? You can easily get a 100GB/month account for $100 or so. Just move this thing to another hosting
