Hi Guys & Gals, I noticed over the weekend hostgator introduced a new affiliate login interface, new look and a few new features. A conerning issue I have is that I had 12 commissions against my name prior to them installing their new admin and now have only 3 sales against my name for the month with this new admin. The "Sales This Month" total shows $600, so based on their non-teired system it does equate to 12 sales for the month. My major concern is that it is only showing a total of 3 next to the "Commissions this month" and only 3 sales in the "Valid Commissions" graph... so the math is just not adding up with their new login. Is any other hostgator affiliates having the same or similar problems with their new affiliate system. I have tried contacting them 3 times but have had no response. Thanks
I'm relatively new to all this but, your an affiliate for their reseller account or for something else?
