    Hello!
I recently put my Blog on new web host. Now is on first day and i'm getting 4x less traffic i don't know why. On old server I got around 200uv dailly traffic from SE and images and today I got only around 40. Is this because it takes months to update the content on my site when i change web host server?

It is possible that since you have a new host, DNS is still propagating?

Until DNS server are updated throughout the Internet, your traffic will be split between your old webshost and new one. It normally takes 2-3 days for all DNS servers to be updated and pointing to your new host.

This is just a hunch. When did you change DNS for your domain? And is your old hosting account active still? If it is, check the stats there. You may find if you add the traffic from both of them up that it will equal normal traffic.

    Best wishes

Probably DNS changing. If it's been a few days, mabey some users cant access the server.
