    Not bad, although I would not put Google Ads in big letters. Stay with the sponsored links thing.

    Good placement! Here's a suggestion: make one of your block ad an image only ad, and then place a text ad (block too) beside it. These tend to have better CTR than text beside text.

    I'd change your ad placement to have your ads appear above the fold... those always seem to perform better.
