Hello,

I'm new here and like my username says I'm into dolls , but I'm mostly here to learn and share what I have learned.

I believe that a positive mindset, focus and drive is very important. Having the right knowledge will help you determine which steps you have to take and that's why I always do my best to learn new stuff. This community seems to have a lot of information available and I'm glad that I discovered it today.

You come across a decent contributing member....but I have to ask, how does a 33 year old bloke come to have an obsession with dolls? Seems kind of creepy..

 

Thank you . Well, I am passionate about them and I don't consider them creepy at all. In fact, I think they are cute. I love creating things and it's awesome to turn something in your head into something tangible. That's how I got into the custom-made dolls business.

They can be therapeutic and they are also fun to play with. They have many uses. To give an example of how versatile the use can be. You ever heard of Leon Lush on Youtube? Most of his videos evolve around his monkey doll and it made him very popular on Youtube.

This is basically generalization. Many people love dolls and do not find them creepy. Reborn dolls for example are extremely popular.

 

But some people do, you can't tell people what to think, You're on a public forum people are going to comment, stop being so butt hurt by what people think.

 

Yes, some people do, not everybody. That was exactly my point. No need to generalize by saying that they are creepy. Why not just say: I think they are creepy.
That is my opinion and it has nothing to do with being butt-hurt.

In fact, you seem butt-hurt yourself. I'm not telling people how they should think.

 

If you are indeed not "butt hurt" then why have you reported my post?

 

Because it's triggering these kind of heated discussions. I don't want that. It's my topic and I don't want it to be about how creepy dolls are.

I didn't do anything wrong, your friend however was totally out of line. Just like you are right now by completely messing up this topic, so I'll report it again.

I had warmer welcomes. If you have a problem with me or if you don't like dolls then go whine about it somewhere else. You are totally out of line. I hope an admin can do something about it.
