New here and need a little help..

    First of all let me say hello to everyone who is here.. I am Jeannie and I am slowly trying to figure this all out.. I am sure it's simple, just at this moment it does not seem like it is..

    I was wondering how the posting works in the "content creation" forum..In order to make a new thread must you have a certain amount of something?

    Also.. I received an infraction and have no idea how I received it. It said I bump a thread, I just replied and sent a PM out. Did I do something I was not suppose to?

    Any help would do, or point me in the direction where to get help :D
