New Here and Have a Question to Ask

    Hi,

    I'm new here and there is 1 question I really want the answer.

    Are we assign different grades depending on the no of posts we have made as I notice I'm a Peon. What are all the grades and how does one get to them (meaning how many posts you need to make) ? Also is this automatically done by the system ?
