Wow, what a retard, selling it on ebay.

I hope its a gimmic, but I doubt it.
That'd be THE ultimate publicity stunt.
Oh well, we'll find out in 2 days :D

The Webmaster, I don't think you need it.

What you heard here, that it's "leaked" is certainly not true. That book was written by one of the Harry Potter fans, which stated (after she was caught) that she just "borrowed" J.K's characters and title for her story.

At least on MuggleNet, one of the most popular harry potter fan sites was written what I mentioned upper.

Every box of book has a label pasted on it

"DO NOT OPEN BEFORE JULY 21,2007. ON SALE/STREET SALE DATE JULY 21,2007"

I heard about this on the radio this morning, if the person who did this got caught, they'd be in a lot of trouble :D

"U.S. publisher Scholastic is going "site to site, asking people to take down files," spokeswoman Lisa Holton says." Hehe, I don't see much chance of that happening, torrent sites would be getting traffic galore from people searching for it :D

Really easy to do this though really, it only needs 1 person at a printers / distributors / wholesalers / retail outlet to whip one away.
Where i used to work, we had a goblet of fire a couple of days before it came out.

It would be a little risky of a publicity gimmick, sure they have a lot more people who know it's coming out now (like myself, I'm not a huge Harry Potter fan, but have seen all the movies and read all the books other than the last one), but you'd have quite a few people who would be happy reading it off the net, instead of spending $30-$45 (?) and buying it.

I know about that story, I've read that story long before it was presented as leaked book. That story was titled as 'The seventh horcrux' written by Melindaleo on phoenixsong.net

I'm asking for the new leaked link. which is certainly not the same.
be assured, I have pre-ordered 3 HP7 about a month and a half ago. So I'm most definitely going to buy it ;)

But still, does anyone have the link, PM me please?

    There WERE 2 versions.
One was only text, a long book, but not written by JK.
This one is page for page, pictures of it all. Its legit.

I had a download link, but ALL I checked (12 working yesterday..) don't work.

The carpet book (well it was photographed on a carpet :D), was the real deal.

Have the book here with me, all 759 pages. American version, adult, which comes with Molly Weasley screaming b*tch.

Yay, I love being right :p

As funny as it sounds , my dad came by to give me the book at 9am today. On the inside was a little note saying to enjoy it as I had the first book, 7 years ago.

Anyways I read the last few chapters again on the "real deal" and I loved it.. Though IMO it ended too abruptly.
