Hello LogoesDotBiz. I had a chance to review your website. I do hope my comments assist you. MY THOUGHTS Website Background I think your site needs a smokey... or charcoal colored background. At present, its very white. Especially with such a narrow template that you have. Logo I think your logo could represent the verb 'go'... maybe making your white lines 'arrows'... Premade Page When I click on the premade page... I find your website moves slightly to the right... when I click on any other page... it moves back to its original position Contact Page I'd suggest you use a form for the contact page rather than having peoples email program open up. Suggestions & Questions Page I would suggest that you use captcha for any website form. Conclusion Overall... it is a good website. The pages are all working. You have an excellent business idea... and I like the way you have focussed your market! Respectfully. Lhlalyam
Good looking site. My only suggestion is to look at the capitalization that you have used in a few places on your site. For instance under "pre-made", I'm not sure why the T in time was capitalized. I could understand if you put "only" in all caps to make it stand out. BTW, I like that you only sell your pre-made logos once. Keep up the good work!
I th ink that there is too much white space around the main content. Maybe add some stripes? Also, some words are way too small. Good luck!
Thanks for the Suggestions and comments. I am thinking about remapping the whole website. and finding a more colorful Web layout. any referrels to free templates?
I think that it looks ok, but maybe it should have a footer?... text for links on left is too small...maybe they should be left aligned also..
Hi, Good effort but there are a few things you need to take care of: First off, a site selling logos needs to have a really, REALLY good one itself. If you are selling other people's logos, have one of them make it. If you are a Graphic Designer, you should really make more of an effort. You need to look cutting edge. The sky theme looks nice but I agree with some of the others that there's way too much white space, change the background to something else. Another big no-no is poor language. I don't know where you are from but there are a few things with bad spelling that you need to address immediately. Under the "Logos" button in your menu, it says "Cusom Orders". You have to realize that when a prospective buyer sees a thing like that they go somewhere else immediately. It doesn't look serious and professional. Also avoid mixing capitals and lower case initial letters as in "All my work is 100% Original and unique.", be consistent, "Unique" should also start capped. Be a stickler for detail! It is important and it is what makes you look professional. Good start, keep it up!
Hello LogoesDotBiz I looked at your updates. My Thougths Template Template is nice but it isn't as good as the previous. This one seems to have taken away from being a graphics and logo's site to a content site. Logo & Header This needs to be made unique. Feed Back Form The feed back form seems to run underneath the right border. Please see image below: Portfolio Page Your images do not display on this page. Please see image below: Content Not all pages are completed with proper contact information. I realize that you just replaced with new template. Navigation All navigation links seem to work. Conclusion Your site needs some work. Good luck! This review was done using IE 6.0 on Windows XP SP 2 I do hope this helps you. Respectfully. Lhlalyam
thnks guys. could a few of you post free templates that you think would look good on a graphic design website? I will chose from them, because I also agree that i need a better more graphical logo
if you want to do design on your website at the 1st your own logo and you website look must be good. remove that emboss and work more on it
If you can afford 20 bucks or so... I'd recommend going to the Contests section of this site. You'll be impressed with the caliber of work... plus.... who knows... maybe develop a working relationship with one or more of the designers... DP Contest Section Lhlalyam
I dont mind the site. But in your line of business your site must be soooo professional, because first impressions count for everything.
Not bad, a nice design and the colours are not too bad. I am using latest version of FF and the text is a bit screwed, improvements to code need to happen. monged
