NO doubt Google update new algorithm but is related with "CONTEXTUAL LINKS" and LOCAL SEARCH RESULTS. In simple words we can say that Google now give more weight or priority to unique content and Google SLAP for the spinned article. In a result Google penalize which page bearing spammy content. Google Panda-Monium is the new name for new algorithm.
Google came up with that new algorithm change.....which means from now onwards you articles must be great, unique, and spam free. Otherwise fell the degradation on google positions.

Yes it messed my site. I was ranking at #2,#3 and Im way down to page #12 My back links is more than the #1 ranking site but some contents were copied. I've completed updating with unique content. Waiting for the ranking to be back. I hope ranking will be back to normal
