I was banned from google adwords for using a new promotional code on a second account, long story short. I couldn't get the account back. So I changed my ip address, my credit card info along with my name, new website as well, but the account fails to go live. It says it's live, but no ads are showing. Does google put a hold on all new adword accounts now? I know we probably have no idea exactly what google does, but anyone can share the their experiences to make accounts go live?
