    As always Google likes to give out a gift to their highest earners during the holiday season. This year's? A 2gb credit card shaped USB flash hard drive.     We poor average Adsense earners have been stiffed -lol- shouldn't we at least get a card or something? LOL I wonder what the income range is to get a nice thank you acknowledgment gift from google?
