New "Get Paid-URL Forwarding"?

    so this is supposed to be like usercash/urlcash/Linkbucks
    but they seem wierd...
    their payout is either 15 or 25. it says 25 when u ahvent signed up but when u do sign up it says 15..
    their rates are just like Linkbucks tho.


    It says
    Current payout rates

    Interstitial:
    2000 visits per $1
    Banner:
    4000 visits per $1
    None:
    No payment

    and i juss tried it out, my friend click a link in it and i made .0005 so theyre not shaving my hits.

    so that means theres no cut unlike the other ones.
    but i admit..i dont trust them just yet cuz there so new..they dont even ahve 500 members yet..

    Seems some of these sites go down, some are bad. Anyone know any url forwarding sites that are good AND available to non-US people?
