Do not ever deal with new generation hosting http://www.newgenerationhosting.com full of viruses and after they get virused they do not have back up to the websites and all what you take is just sorries do not try the reseller plans or else be sure you are loosing all your clients for their sorries no back up except after asking more than once very cheap money for a very pooor service i lost 3 of my websites and i wasted the time doing them again , i lost 5 of my clients cause of the bad service they offer
As I mentioned earlier in the ticket, we do maintain automated weekly backups for your plan and it was just unfortunate that last two times you had asked for restoration was shortly after the weekly backup process had finished. We had restored backups many times on earlier occasions and I am sure you would agree to that. After all we offer a web hosting service and not a data backup service. We can only offer weekly backups on Starter and Economy plans and not daily and monthly backups as we offer on Business and Enterprise plans. It is unfortunate that you choose to spread negative publicity on the spur of the moment without even thinking of the efforts we put in to assist you in multiple cases over the last two years. Even this time, we had volunteered to manually restore your Wordpress blogs but you were not willing to supply the requested information.
