    2) dentist (much weeping and gnashing of teeth - 2 fillings, 1 crown, 1 overlay (only did 1/2 of it today)) :( but I made up for it by getting a McD shake :)

    1. Meditated
    2. Walked for 2 hours in one of the most beautiful places on earth at the base of a snow covered 12,000 foot peak with my dog.
    3. Rode 100+ miles on my motorcycle and 105 MPH through the mountains in the Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation. Evaded Cops, highway patrol and tribal police and the dreaded deer in the road which would mean certain death for me and him.

    (my God I could write pages on how cool my life is....and yet I'm depressed...go figure)

    the dude who just ate some chips seems happier than me today....:D
