New GA

    i been had 2 GA and they already banned by google, now i build some blog for GA, still using blogspot.
    my question is can google disapproved my new GA if im using difrent name (like using my brother name and adress but still using the same PC with the fist GA)

    coz i already try many time make GA and they din't aprov my accnt

    any suggestion for me? coz i only had 1 PC, and right know i can't afford to buy the new 1..
