    A few suggestions:
    - Make the header font larger and bolder
    - Replace the earth icons with a more glossy one (there are tons at yellowicon.com that you can use for free)

    The menu needs to be smaller. When you first glance at the site, that logo should pop out and the menu sort of competes along with the rest of the test. The layout is not bad and I like the monotone color scheme. I agree about switching the earth icons to something a bit snazzier.

    Much bigger header font.

    At the request pages there's at the bottom: "Welcome Guest, Please LOGIN" but the LOGIN is in white color which is definitly no good.

    i have gone though your site, and found the following things for review:

    actually yours a nice site, there are many freelance people in here and everywhere on the internet, am sure they will be benifited by this site.

    you can always work on the design, perhaps you should add more contents there.

    work on seo, try to optimize for the freelance resource, that's your main keyword i guess.
