New Free Live Chat for Web Sites - your opinion please.

    Hi,
    I have just started working with a company called Bontact.Com.

    They are offering a free live chat solution for websites, as well as SMS/Call back services for web sites.

    I would very much appreciate your feedback about their solution... any feedbacl at all.

    Is this better than Zopim? I tell you what I'd find useful would be if you could customise the size and position of the bubble that pops up offering chat as Zopim only offers right or left and the bubble size isn't customiseable.
