    I like your directory tree on left panel, but I don't like the way to go to sites: "website" link is a php redirection.

    Yes: I recommend you to use direct links, in my opinion is what most webmaster are looking for, mainly for boost on SERPs and increase his PRs.

    Maybe you're using a .php script to count clicks. But you can count clicks with direct links too; several weeks ago I post a thread with a method for this: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=187903
