    Can you explain what this section of your terms of service means exactly? It's the "through any means" that I don't understand.

    That mean the style of the code, for example i could add a Exchange Link or image back to the site, but i wont.
    the banner you see here: http://www.exchange.zivve.com/signup.php is what the code will produce.

    ill change the terms a bit as it saids like i will need acces to your site admin.
