    yes you can just edit the footer or get a ad management plugin, or look in there plugins bit,

    not really, its about niche, not about kind of websites (because i have few forums and i had try it self :D )

    you will rich faster if you have "lawyer" forum, i a lot seen that keyword is the most HPK
