    Hi all,

    Looking to sell the following project:

    Website / Domain: motorbikesforum.com

    - Design is 110% unique (Designed by me)
    - High paying niche
    - Very strong domain name (keyword perfect / good search volume)
    - SEO / Friendly URL's (a lot of effort has gone into optimizing the site to be as search engine friendly as possible)
    - Plenty of Google adsense / advertising slots coded into the design (not all slots are in use now!!)


    The domain is a solid name in a high paying niche.. Yes the site is very fresh, the new owner will need to add content and even appoint some forum posters (i can and will provide some information regarding this with the new owner). While this site only went live a few days ago ive spent a considerable amount of time working on this from my localhost.

    No BIN / Min Bid in mind.. Simply accepting offers and will weight them up, that said i am looking to sell this site, please note if no reasonable offers come through i will resort to flippa in order to find a new owner for this project.

    Bids noted, Thanks... I will see if any other bids come through today and may need to use Flippa to sell.. (I will set the auction as a no reserve / $1 starting bid).. while i don't have a BIN in mind the domain name strength and time / effort / that ive put into this i was expecting larger bids.

    Refface... Thanks for your kind words, ive spent a solid month working on this project on my localhost and still want to add a few more features / clean up some css but yes i think it's turned out very nice, certainly a stand out in terms of any other motorbike forums / communities ive come across. As for not knowing about bikes really that wouldn't be an issue as like most forums if you promote it enough / add enough content the community builds it's self up... i would suggest forum posting services / article writers to get things started.
