New Forum Section Promotion?

    OK, I run a forum we have nearly 900 real members and get some posts. But I just started some Anime sections and want some members to post in these areas. What is the best way to get Animers to go to that section?

    You could get some paid posters to get it started. There are many in the Buy, Sell & Trade sections of the forum.

    I thought that brought the moral of the forum down though? Would it be better to do some ppc on terms like anime and such?

    Open some sort of Competition in the Anime Section, maybe give $5 to the person that has the best posting in the Anime Forum, a special Competition to celebrate the opening of it.

    You could get some unique Articles and Reviews on Anime Shows, to bring in some people and Traffic from Search Engines.

    Another Good idea, which you may consider illegal, but I would say is legal, because its not uploaded on your server. Get some Anime Shows that are already uploaded on YouTube etc and links to them in the Anime Part of your website. This should attract people to your forum, some just for the Anime and you should start to get the posts you need there.
