Not bad! The only suggestion would be to add something to the blank banner area (but please, no Google ads!). Perhaps a graphic of people talking or communications happening.

Looks very like this forum, so you might have some stiff competition. Good luck with it!

hanks very much for your suggestions and advice, yes we ae aware of that section at the top but as me and my friend are stil very new to the whole forum and hosting thing, we are struggling to work out how to put something in there hehe.
And yes I agree no adsense at the top there although it will be used eventually in carefully selected places around the forum for some revenue to help with running and set up costs.

Yes I agree about stiff competition but we have no chance to be as big as this forum as it has been around for years and we launched just under a week ago :)

P.S. Oh and the main reason I think our forums lookalike is because we are both using the same sofware v-bulletin..

So thank you for your comments, its nice that someone actually came here and looked :)

Too much forums. Try to disable some unnecessary forums. Currently it looks really empty.

Yeah true, I think its the domain and website sale part that doesnt need to be there yet the rest isnt to bad and it only been running a week, cheers for the advice buddy

@avianto, yeah mate I agree, I have currently got 4 campaigns 1 running and three waiting for auth from posting sites, the prices are actually really good and it does make the site look alot busier exspecially when all campaigns are running :)

Do you have any other advice on ways to advertise mate ?? thanks for the opinons guys they really help

Yes we already are at www.microworkers.com, and we are also promoting with a competition for most posts, up until this stage there has been alot money invested in this site and we plan on keeping on doing it as well as you can never have enough members, but on the other hand its the quality of the members that count as well, I would rather 20 genuine members who are there because they want to be and post good appropiate threads and replies than 100 paid workers who post quickly until they reach payment and then you never se them again.

Yes its ok in the inital stages but not very good for long term, we will be looking into facebook advertising and adwords next.

Thanks for your comment they all help
