I agree with Game Producer. That does sound a bit tricky. As if I am reading you correctly, you are going to focus on one of the "off topic" boards of most gaming communities. (The Lounge)
When I said "lounge" I meant it in the sense that I want proceedings to be laid back , not necessarily "off topic". The main thrust though of the forum is simply to bring game dev's and arcade owners together in the same place.
Well, we'll see how it goes then I recommend checking out indiegamer.com boards - there's quite a lot of (casual game) developers on those boards.
