    Selling an extremely modified forum website dealing with Internet marketing. It is a little less than 1 month old and current stats are:

    1,450 uniques, 2286 visits, 184,691 pages and 273,847 hits.

    We already have over 900 results in Google. All the traffic is legit traffic by word of mouth and also from homepage and statewide advertising on other websites (permanent).

    We have over 140 registered users and almost 1,500 posts so far.

    The only method I have used for income so far has been adsense, which is about $1 per day. I have not tried to sell banners, links or anything else yet.

    The site just took off faster than I expected and I have other projects going on right now and I don't want to just ignore this traffic because otherwise it would quickly dissapear. This site needs somebody to take over quickly.

    This site has custom scripted features that you will not find anywhere else.

    Price comes with domain name (registered at godaddy until may 2008) and 2 months of hosting to give you time to move to your hosting account.

    This site has a BIN of $350.
