    Its only been live a few hours, how would I get members?

    You are going to need to go to where people currently review movies and participate there - and use your signature to promote your forum. People will follow you if you have the kind of personality they are drawn to - and that "personality" will depend on the site.

    What gap in the market are you trying to fill? What do you offer that people can't get from imdb, reddit, facebook etc?
    Your site doesn't shout out that you are filling that gap? There's no clear message about why creating content in your forum is better than going someplace else.
