Selling New Football or Soccer Site

    Hi,

    This is suitable for people who are interested in starting a football highlights site. This site will be able to earn from adsense and maybe other ppc/affiliate commission if the new owner can manage it well.

    I have created a few successful football highlights sites before and was actually going to work on this one too. But since last month, I have no time to manage this site anymore due to new commitments in life.

    What I have done:
    - Built some backlinks.
    - Posted quite a few unique football articles with backlinks to the site.
    - Submitted the site to d moz directory.
    - Have 300+ facebook fans
    - Optimized the site for search engines.
    - Site started in Jul and it has generated about $30 via Adsense over the 2 months (Jul/Aug) when I really worked on it. I'm sure the earning will increase if I didn't stop in Sep.

    My previous football sites (sold) were able to generate up to about $60/day (per site) in Adsense during its peak so I know that there's potential in such sites.

    What you will get after payment:
    - I will provide you with the email account that has access to the Google Analytics, Facebook Fan/Group Page, and Twitter account used in the site.
    - I will provide you with the web hosting account and you can update the client information to yours. You can also downgrade/upgrade the hosting plan at anytime. I'm currently paying about $15/month which is a bit overkill.
    - You will need to change the clickbank/adsense/affiliate store details to your own.
    - I will provide some guide on how to manage and run the site in a text file.

    Reserve price is $250. BIN is $500. I'm ready to deal from anywhere between $250-$500.

    I will only deal via escrow site. We will share the fees if any. No Paypal deal.

    Buyer did not reply after waiting for 2 weeks. Thus, I've decided not to sell this site anymore.
