I love the idea, but I think you need to raise the max file size if you want to compete with big sites like rapidshare and places like that. Maybe to 200 MB and give the site some feature that no other site has. I don't have any ideas off the top of my head, but add a neat, useful feature that other sites don't have, because as your website stands right now, I can just as easily go to rapidshare, and do the same thing your site offers.
